How DK Arkitekter handles information.

DK Arkitekter, CVR 46350936, operates this website and receives the project requests submitted through the form.

The form collects the information you enter, such as your name, contact details, project location, project type, project description, preferred contact method, and language.

The information is used to receive and assess your inquiry, respond to you, and produce the free property report. Form content is not sent to website analytics.

When the form is submitted, the IP address is processed temporarily to limit automated abuse and repeated attempts. The IP address is not displayed publicly or sent to website analytics as part of the form content.

When you type an address in the form, it is looked up in Denmark's official address register so the postcode, city, and municipality can be filled in correctly. The lookup runs through DK Arkitekter's own server: your browser does not contact the register directly, so your IP address is not passed on.

You can always type the address manually instead of choosing a suggestion.

DK Arkitekter uses its Hostinger email service to send an internal inquiry notification and, if you provided an email address, a confirmation to you. Hostinger processes the sender and recipient addresses and the message content needed to deliver the email.

The internal notification contains the information you entered so the inquiry can be assessed. Your confirmation is deliberately limited and does not repeat the property address or project description.

At the foot of each heritage study you can ask to be told when the next one is published. We store only your email address, which language you were reading in, and which page you signed up from. Nothing else is asked for.

The address is used solely to tell you about new heritage studies. It is never sold or shared, and it is not used for advertising. You receive a confirmation immediately, and you can leave the list at any time by replying to that email or writing to dk@dkarkitekter.dk.

The website uses Google Analytics (measurement ID G-5FQ2HJRM1P) for aggregate statistics on how the public pages are used. It loads only if you accept analytics cookies in the cookie banner, and you can change or withdraw that choice at any time under Cookie settings at the foot of the page.

The analytics configuration does not receive form-field content, URL query strings, or URL hashes. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, and project descriptions are not sent as analytics events.

Links to DK Arkitekter profiles lead to external platforms. When you follow an external link, that platform's own terms and privacy information apply. DK Arkitekter does not control the external platform's processing.

Depending on the rules that apply to the processing, you may ask for access and correction and, where relevant, request restriction, object, or ask for erasure. You may also complain to the relevant supervisory authority.
